No. The iOS and Android app is free. You can read, listen to, and view the first chapter of every novel for free to see if you like it. Once you purchase the novel, all content is included in a single purchase.

To avoid endless, tedious descriptions, WalkingWords creates custom artwork that precisely matches the novel as envisioned by the author while writing it. All other exclusive details shown in the sections “Where am I?” and “Who am I?” come directly from the author and have either been visualized or incorporated into the story wiki to expand the written novel into a completely new narrative dimension.
Do I need specific hardware to read, listen to, and view the novel?
No. The iOS and Android app runs on all common devices, but a standard tablet is recommended, as reading is easier and the visual experience is much more effective.
